Why do non performers need boost of 2.11 lakh crores

Health Budget allocation in this country never crosses 40000 crore but Government has funds to infuse 2.11 lac crores into non performers like PSU Banks or even Air India. These are commercial ventures which are milked dry by Government and its minions for political reasons and then funds which should be used for development in fields of health, education, social security is dumped for further misuse into the same pit. Is there no measure of accountability for those who gave away thousands of crores of loans to the likes of Vijay Mallaya ?
I am tired of paying my taxes for the past 26 years, Kindly now permit me the same liberty to take loans from a PSU Bank of 5000 plus crore and go live in a pacific island without an iota of worry. I promise to fund political parties , pay the needed gratification to Bank officials and hire expensive lawyers to stall any judicial proceedings , but please extend to me the same courtesy as is extended to the Mallayas , Dhoots, Bhushans, Ambanis and Jindals of this country.
